AutoSail

Autosail is a user-friendly sail design program developed by a team with over 20 years of experience in windsurfing sail design. It allows users to easily design their own sails by inputting measurements and automatically generating the sail outline. Even those with no prior experience with programs like AutoCAD can effortlessly draw the panels.

Autosail supports a wide range of designs, from trainer sails to camber slalom sails, and has the ability to scale and fit designs for all sizes, saving time and effort. The program offers a free version for users to try, and the latest release, Autosail 7, allows users to create cutting panels, assign materials, and automate the nesting process. Designs can be easily exported in DXF or DWF format for a ready-to-cut pattern file.

Autosail opens up limitless possibilities for sail design, and users are encouraged to download the free version and explore their creativity and innovation.

Materials

Our latest development features the advanced CT5K.18 composite fabric, which combines the strength of Dyneema® fibers with woven polyester for enhanced durability and performance. This lightweight material offers exceptional tensile strength and tear resistance, making it ideal for water sports. With a water resistance rating exceeding 20,000 mmH₂O, our gear is built to withstand the elements, ensuring reliability. We are excited to integrate this innovative fabric into our designs, enhancing performance while prioritizing safety and comfort.

AutoWing

AutoWing is a design tool that operates within Rhino 6 (SR23 or newer) and is used for designing inflatable wings. With AutoWing, users can design their own wings by inputting data in an Excel file, without needing to have prior knowledge of Rhino. By simply clicking a few buttons, the tool generates a ready-to-cut pattern file. However, if users want to apply graphics to their design, some basic knowledge of Rhino is required.

The latest version of AutoWing, V4.1, allows users to design wings with 8 to 12 panels. Additionally, users can design the center strut using either 3 curved panels or 4-6 straight segment panels.

Users also have the option to download a wing design and view it in 3D. However, to open the 3D design file, users must first download eDrawings 2020.
